General Returns

• Wigs, hair extensions, and hairpieces are non-returnable if opened, worn, or removed from packaging due to hygiene reasons.
• Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.

Return Process

1. Contact Info@loxperience.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return address and instructions.
3. Postage and processing fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
