Products & Disclaimer

• We specialise in hair extensions, wigs, and hair accessories.
• All product descriptions and images aim to provide an accurate representation; however, slight variations in colour, texture, or length may occur.
• All materials and information on the LoXperience Hair website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
• LoXperience Hair is not liable for any errors, delays, or omissions on the website, nor for any costs or damages arising from matters outside direct purchases made through our site.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept major debit/credit cards and Klarna payment options available at checkout.

Custom Items

• Custom wigs and extensions require longer processing times and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Specifications will be confirmed with you prior to production.
• Certain items are specially prepared or customized upon order and may take approximately 2–3 weeks to complete. Once your item is ready, your selected shipping method will be applied. 
• As these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once processing has started. Any discretionary cancellation may be subject to a fee.

Hair Care & Installation

• LoXperience Hair is not responsible for costs or methods used to install or care for your products.
• We advise against colouring, bleaching, or toning; any such treatments are at your own risk. Damaged extensions cannot be replaced.
• Applications, colouring and removals should be performed at a salon or by a professional.
• Follow all stylist instructions and aftercare guidance available and online to maintain the quality of your extensions.

Returns & Exchanges

• For hygiene reasons, wigs, hair extensions, and hairpieces cannot be returned once opened or worn unless faulty.
• If your item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Liability

• LoXperience Hair is not liable for allergic reactions, damage to natural hair, or misuse of products. Always follow the provided care instructions.
• Certain jurisdictions may not allow such exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to the Website

• LoXperience Hair reserves the right to modify, update, or temporarily/permanently remove this website, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
