• Once dispatched, delivery within Ireland typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. EU orders may take 3–7 working days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure events.

• Delivery Issues: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the courier first. For further assistance, reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
• Orders in processing or during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday or Christmas) may not be eligible for changes.
